Staff from Lakeside Pharmacy will be here to provide Flu and Covid vaccines. Keep yourself and our community safer by getting vaccinated!
Call (802) 863-3982 for appointment. Must fill out and return Consent Form *before* the 30th. Day of, please bring your insurance card and wear a T-shirt under any other layers for ease of vaccination.
Foot Care Clinics
As of September 1, 2024, the cost for a Foot Clinic appointment with Marjorie Gadue, R.N., will be $30. This must be paid in advance, at the time an appointment is made, and is non-refundable.
If the fee for Foot Care is unaffordable to you, please speak with Andrea about financial assistance (available through support from the ONE Good Deed Fund). We are happy to help you access this important care.
