Age Well requires participants to fill out a new registration form each year in October, to comply with Federal funding requirements. Please use the link below, print at home and bring to the Heineberg, or fill out a copy here at the Center.
Join us on Mondays at Noon for a sit-down lunch. We will be serving hot lunches every Monday, $5. requested contribution. Make your reservation by the prior Thursday.
April 3: Spinach & onion quiche, brown rice pilaf with vegetables & white beans, California mixed veggies, wheat bread, & red delicious apples.
April 10: Rollettes with cheese sauce - parmesan, asiago, & cheddar, green waxed, & black bean mix, winter squash, wheat roll, & Mandarin oranges.
April 17: Baked penne pasta with mozzarella & ricotta cheese, winter blend vegetables, wheat bread, & fruit cocktail.
April 24: Hungarian goulash, diced potatoes with parsley, brussel sprouts, wheat bread, & apple crisp with topping.
April 5: Sweet-n-sour pork with sweet-n-sour vegetable sauce, brown rice with lentils & vegetables, green beans, wheat bread with butter, Easter cake with icing, & milk.
April 12: Baked ham with raisin sauce, sweet potatoes, Capri blend vegetables, wheat roll with butter, congo bar, & milk.
April 19: Beef with BBQ sauce, baked beans, broccoli florets, wheat roll with butter, pumpkin cookie, & milk.
April 26: Chicken with gravy, mashed potatoes, sliced carrots with parsley, Texas toast with butter, pumpkin custard with cream, & milk.
