Kerry Batres grew up in South Burlington and attended The
University of Arizona in Tucson. Her time in the Southwest
developed her passion for all things culinary, pursuing a career as a Pastry Chef for many years. Her love of the Northeast brought her back to Vermont where she started a family, became a small business owner and a graduate of The New England Culinary Institute. Building relationships, community and connection through food is a driving force behind the work that Kerry does.
