Beth Hammond, Executive Director

Beth Hammond, originally from Burlington, attended Northeastern University in Boston, majoring in Marketing and International Business. Beth served as a long-term care Ombudsman for NH Department of Health and Human Services and has done programming for Boston Senior Home Care.  Beth has extensive experience in non-profit communications with organizations such as Make-A-Wish Vermont, Burlington Partnership for a Healthy Community and most recently Cathedral Square/SASH.

Beth brings to the Center a  passion for collaborating with community members and area agencies to build comprehensive programs for healthy aging. Beth welcomes participants to contact her with any questions, concerns, or feedback 863-3982 Ext. 2 or hammond@heinebergcsc.org.

Dillon Boisvert, Center Coordinator

Dillon is responsible for our newsletter, trip and transportation coordination, and programming support. Dillon’s hours are Mondays 8:45am - 12:15pm and Tues -Thurs 9am-3pm. If you have any questions for Dillon please stop by, call or email him at boisvert@heinebergcsc.org.
